What we do
BMF works mainly in the Central and Southern Regions of Somalia. It has strong roots in community-based Islamic partnerships and continues to strengthen collaboration with religious institutions and development actors in these regions.
Promotion of Human Rights
Protection of women, children, PWDs, and elimination of GBV & FGM.
Support of Education
Rehabilitation of schools, teacher incentives, retention programs, and school feeding.
Economic Development
Empowering women and youth through SMEs, training, and business linkages.
