Who we are

Barey & Maayaquus Foundation works mainly in the Central and Southern Regions of Somalia.

Barey & Maayaquus Foundation is a non-political and non-profitable humanitarian relief and
development organization that works to save lives, promote self-reliance, and dignity through
human transformation going beyond relief and development. It was established in 2020 as a
humanitarian and community development organization.

The foundation operates mainly in
Southern and Central Somalia with expansion plans to other regions. The foundation uses two
approaches: direct community development and partnerships with local and international
organizations

Our Vision

We seek to transform the society built on love, compassion and peace in which citizens live in respect and care for the good of all individuals

Our entire team wants to see a world where every youngster struggling in any way feels able to reach out and has people who’ll help them with education, jobs, and more. We want to spread out in every region so we’ll be reachable to all.
